Kim is truly a delight to work with! Not only does her experience and expertise in real estate shine through, she is also extremely knowledgable about the local area. This expertise came in handy when we recently worked with Kim to purchase our first home, since my partner and I only recently moved to Lexington. As first-time home buyers, Caleb and I had a lot of questions and needed a decent amount of hand holding. Kim is the best to work with! This was my third transaction with her and she has always been a great person to have on your side. Kim sets the standard for everyone else to emulate. My home buying experience with her was impeccable. Attentive, responsive, and proactive from the start. Not only did she do EVERYTHING on our purchase, she kept us aware of what needed to be done on the sale end-1000 miles away-that the broker there didn’t do. Kim is amazing! Works around the clock for you, keeps you updated on all things, and even made a spreadsheet when showings of our home was happening because we had so many and were still living in the house at the time. Very organized and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE! And she has the best photographer! She sold our house in 28 hours and walked us through the process that was unfolding quickly.

Kim was very easy to work with in getting the house prepared and her professionalism she took in every aspect of selling the house. From the pictures and video she had done to putting the house on the market. The house sold in 2 days with full asking price which we were very pleased with. She stayed on top of everything to make sure the closing of the house was preformed to our likings. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.
